Audry “Jo” Dovie Vinsek 72, of Greensburg passed away August 21, 2017. Born in Latrobe march 29, 1945, daughter of the late Solomon and Hazel Palmer Dovie. Audry’s interests were gardening, loved yellow roses, long drives in the country, crocheting, and enjoyed painting. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arnold Vinsek and 3 brothers, Thomas, Richard, and David Dovie. She is survived by daughter Stacey Vinsek Barnhart and husband Bob, stepson Kevin Vinsek and Renee, 4 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sibilings Sue Myers, Rose Smail, Eugene Dovie, Mildred Brinker, Nancy (Richard) Dean, Henry Dovie, Beth (Ralph) Myers, Brenda (Joey) Bustos, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday in the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt. Her funeral service will be 11am Saturday August 26, 2017 in the funeral home with Pastor David L. Greer officiating. Audry will be laid to rest in Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mt Pleasant.
