Bill (William) Whipkey

Bill Whipkey, 66, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021. He was a 35-year-old employee of Pepsi-Cola of Kecksburg/Youngwood. After retirement, he enjoyed a relaxing, quiet life. He enjoyed nature, especially feeding the many birds that came to the backyard. He had a quick wit and was known for his sense of humor. Above all, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and his two children, Jodi (Mike) Cuglewski and Michael (Nicole) Whipkey, and his three grandchildren, his best buddy, Blaine, and his beautiful girls, Helena and Brooke. He will be sadly missed. Bill's care is with JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt.
