Brandon M Oberley

Brandon M. Oberley, age 40, of Hecla passed away suddenly on May 15, 2024. He was born in Mount Pleasant on August 1, 1983, a son of Michael Oberley and Kimberly (Klosky) Oberley.

He attended Mount Pleasant High School and worked for the last several years as a machinist. Brandon had a talent for baking and cooking, two things he enjoyed. He also enjoyed working on model cars and gardening. He loved learning new things and reading a lot of books, especially history and science.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Irene and Donald Klosky and Evelyn and Joseph Oberley.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister Shannon (Louris) Thomas and their child, Colton Thomas, his sister Amanda (Jeff) Webb and their children Avery and Jace Webb, his girlfriend Mackenzie Gray. Also loved by a large extended family.

Family will receive friends on MONDAY from 3 pm until the hour of a Blessing Service conducted by Fr. Edwin Rubido at 7 pm at the Hoffer Wilt Funeral Home, 2245 Mount Pleasant Rd., Norvelt.
