Brian D. Frock, 60 of Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, August 21, 2016 at St. Margaret’s Hospital, Aspinwall. He was born February 16, 1956 in Berkley Springs, West Virginia; a son of the late Roscoe J. and Sara Hood Frock. Brian was a former truck driver with Fawcett Trucking of White Oak. He previously worked with the State, Allegheny, Westmoreland, and City of Pittsburgh Police Departments. He was a member of Hecla Sportsmen’s and The Slovak Club of Mt. Pleasant. Brian is survived by his wife, Cynthia Miller Frock; son Doug Frock (Charlene) of Mt. Pleasant; daughter Susan Frock of Bellevue; granddaughters Ashley Young (Corey) and Cheslseylynn Frock; and great grandson Brantley Young. He is also survived by two brothers, David Frock (Elaine) of State College and James Frock of Plano, Texas; a sister Jennifer Caruso (Jack Jr.) of Mt. Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Friends and family will be received 2-9 pm, Thursday in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt. A private family interment will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to flood victims or a charity of ones’’ choice.
