Charles Elroy Ruff

Charles Elroy Ruff, 84, of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Independence Health System - Westmoreland Hospital. He was born June 20, 1939, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of the late Joseph and Grace (Lohr) Ruff. He was a retired construction worker having worked for Deihl Construction. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Bonnie Lee (Pyda) Ruff; and a brother Elmer Ruff. Charles is survived by a son, David Joseph Ruff and his wife Jackie; a grandson, Josh, and a granddaughter, Leslie; and a sister, Dorothy Hamm.
