Emma G. "Dolly" Cramer, 89, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at her home with family by her side. Born May 10, 1925 in Jones Mills, a daughter of the late Frank and Nellie (Beistel) Pyle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Palmer Cramer in 2001 and a sister Vera Geary. Emma is survived by five children Glenn (Renny) Kalp of Norvelt, Connie (David) McIlwain of Kittanning, Bonnie (Joseph) Tandarich of Norvelt, Palmer Jr. (Melody) Cramer of Bellefonte and Lonna Hoffman of Mt. Pleasant; eight grandchildren Kristin (Jeff) Berrigan, Brianna (Jerome) Gera, Richard McIlwain, Michael (Debbie) McIlwain, Gregory McIlwain, Kayla (Anthony) Menart, Lilly Cramer, and Garth Hoffman; twelve great grandchildren Sean, Shayla, Brandon, Nicole, Isabella, Kelsie, Nathaniel, Alexis, Kaitlyn, Lydia, Jordyn, and Maya. Dolly enjoyed crocheting, baking and gardening. Family and friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 2-4 and 6-8p.m. Friday in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Norvelt, 15674 where her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday with Pastor David L. Greer officiating. Entombment to follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
