Harry Eugene Banner, Sr., 92 of Norvelt died Friday October 9, 2015. He was born April 14, 1923 to George and Effie (Myers) Banner. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Banner and sons Harry Banner Jr. of Norvelt and Lynn Banner of South Greensburg and Step sons George Conklin of Virginia, Barry Conklin of Somerset, Terry Suspanic of Somerset, and step daughter Deborah Pollack of South Greensburg, and several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Harry worked as a pattern maker for Walworth Valve Co. and Westinghouse Airbrake in East Pittsburgh. Friends and Family will be received 2-4 and 6-8 on Monday, October 12 with funeral service to follow at 8:15 with Rev. Mark Warner officiating in JAY A. HOFFER FUNNERAL HOME 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt, PA 15674. Interment will be held at a later date.
