Joan E. Seaton

Joan Elizabeth Seaton, 83, of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024 surrounded by family.

She was born June 16, 1941, a daughter of the late Paul Eisaman and Sara (Montgomery) Eisaman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Seaton; brothers, Paul, Wade, John, Carl and David Eisaman; sisters, Jean Baur, Evelyn Livingston, and Fay Eisaman and two fostered nephews, Mark and Joseph Thomas.

She is survived by three children, Robert (Lois) Seaton, Linda (Kurt) Hines, and Brenda (William) Vokes; four grandchildren Jamie (Kevin) Smith, Christine Hines, Levi (Lauren) Hines, and Cody Vokes; five great grandchildren, Declan, Adelyn, Greyson, Jackson, and Camryn; sister Shirley (William) Chalfant; sisters-in-laws, Beverly Eisaman and Sandra Eisaman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Joan was a fun loving, good humored lady who always said, “the more the merrier” and because of this motto made long lasting friendships throughout the years.

A special thanks to Amanda Hauer and Excela Health Hospice for the compassion they bestowed upon Joan and her family.

A private celebration of Joan’s life will be officiated at a later date by Pastor Aaron Hatok.
