John "Jack" Sotkowski

John L.“Jack” Sotkowski,85,of Norvelt, passed away Sunday,August 14, 2022, at home. He was born July 24, 1937, in Homestead, PA, to the late John and Virginia (Novak) Sotkowski. He served in the Army National Guard and had worked as a research technician for Westinghouse. In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by a brother, James Sotkowski; a brother-in-law, Paul "Buddy" Lesser; and a sister-in-law, Veronica "Bunnie" Zeske.He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Billie (Lesser) Sotkowski;two daughters, Sherry Gettemy (Steven),and Greta Pavick; as well as several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are welcome to attend a memorial visitation from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Sunday,September 18, 2022, at the Jay A.
