Joseph Adam Papson

Joseph Adam Papson, 63, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020. He was born March 29,1957, in Greensburg, the son of the late George and Margaret Papson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, George Papson. He is survived by his loving wife, Christine Papson. He was a member of the Mutual Fire Department and honorary active fireman and retired from Coen Oil. Joseph enjoyed riding motorcycles. Joseph is survived by three daughters, Rose (David) Hixson, Carolyn (Lance) Baker and Samatha (Chad) Carlson; sister, Kathleen (Kenneth) Pyle; eight grandchildren, Michelle, Luray, Brandon, Derek, Becky, Courtney, Charles and Kyle; and great-grandchild, Kayden. Family and friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Friday in the JAY A.HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt, at which time his service will begin.
