Michelle Renee Kobistek, 42 of Latrobe passed away October 23, 2018. Born in Latrobe, November 24, 1975 she was the daughter of the late Robert Novak and Debra Hixon. Michelle was the owner and operator of Chumps Restaurant in Norvelt for the past 14 years. She was an animal lover and loved to cook. Michelle is survived by her husband Paul Kobistek III, sons Tristan and Justin Kobistek, siblings Robert Novak, and Denise Kuhn, grandparents Kenneth and Marlene Poklembo, brother and sister in laws Brian and April Kobistek, and nieces Kalie Novak and Brooklynn Kobistek. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Brother Thomas Novak, and grandparents Paul and Verna Novak. Family and friends will be received Saturday October 27, 2018 from 3-5pm at which time the service will begin in the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt.
