Patricia Ann Pospisil

Patricia A. Pospisil, 64, of Acme, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Born June 17, 1950 in Mt. Pleasant, she was the daughter of Eleanor (Gorecki) Sheele of Mt. Pleasant and the late William Sheele. Patty was a member of St. Raymond of the Mountain Church, Donegal. She was a member of the Roadman-White American Legion Auxiliary Post 941, where she held the position of president for many years and also served on the County Council. Patty loved to cook and bake. In addition to her mother, Patty is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Rodger L. Pospisil, two sons Andy Pospisil and his wife Becky, Billy Pospisil; granddaughter Abby and grandson Jeffrey Miles. Also surviving are four brothers James (Maryann) Sheele, Thomas Sheele, Robert Sheele, Donald (Rose) Sheele and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received 4-8 p.m. Thursday in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Rd., Norvelt, 15674. Her mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at St Raymond of the Mountain Church. Interment to follow in St. Vincent Cemetery, Latrobe.
