Sally Jean Lenhart

Sally Jean (Geesey) Lenhart, 83, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023, at Independence Health System Frick Hospital. She was born October 10, 1939, in Greensburg, to the late Paul and Jean Geesey. Sally was a homemaker and a member of the Pennsville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and her cats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Lenhart in 2020, a son, James Lenhart; and an infant daughter. Sally is survived by her son, Paul Lenhart, and a sister, Caroline Totter and her husband Matt. Family and Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 22, 2023, in the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, 2245 Mt. Pleasant Road, Norvelt, PA 15674, followed by Sally’s funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Marvin Watson officiating.
