Sam Morrison

Sam Morrison, 69, of Greensburg, passed away Friday, January 24, 2025, at IHS Westmoreland Hospital. He was born December 8, 1955 in Latrobe, son of the late Hugh Sr., and Eileen (Wright) Morrison. He was a professional roofer, water proofer, construction worker, and jack of all trades.

Sam was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed walking his property daily. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Damian Morrison. 

He is survived by his partner, Charlene Fodor, his son Sammy Morrison Jr., his grandson Sammy Morrison III, granddaughter Lily Morrison, and his beloved pets Rubble, Bullet and Lucky.

Additionally, he is survived by his brothers and sisters, John and Judy Morrison, Nick and Carol Morrison, Janet McAnany, Kathy and Phillip Riggle, Kelly Domasky, Scott and Lisa Morrison, the Smartnick Family, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received from 2pm until the time of a memorial service at 5pm, conducted by his nephew, Adam Riggle, on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the HOFFER WILT FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt.
