Thomas Matthew Novak 37 of Greensburg, passed away suddenly Friday March 17, 2017 to be reunited with his parents. Born in Latrobe May 30, 1980. Tom was preceded in death by his father Robert James Novak and mother Deborah Ann Poklembo. He is survived by his maternal grandparents Kenneth and Marlene Poklembo, fiancé Tiffinie Craig, brother Robert Novak and niece Kalie Novak of Bearrocks and sister Michelle Kobistek, nephews Tristan and Justin Kobistek and brother in law Paul Kobistek III of Latrobe. He will be missed R.I.P baby bro. Tom was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area Highschool class of 1998. He was employed as a mason for 15 years. Tom was an avid dirt bike enthusiast and competed in past years. He also loved his fitness and the gym it was his passion. Tom had a positive spirit and strived to achieve a greater power. Family and friends will be received in the Jay A Hoffer funeral home Thursday 6-9pm. The vigil service will begin 8:45pm Thursday in the funeral home. His funeral service will begin 10am Friday in the funeral home with Reverend John A. Sedlak officiating.  Private interment to follow in St. Florian Cemetery.
