Vicki Frye Miller 74, of Norvelt passed away peacefully at home December 4, 2018. Born August 30, 1944 in Weltytown daughter of the late John W. and Rose E. Layton Frye. Vicki was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Donegal. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and family cooking great food and sharing memories with friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Logan E. Miller of Norvelt. Vicki is survived by her children Stacey R. Miller of North Carolina, Sheri Jo Miller of Norvelt, Jonathan L. Miller of North Carolina, grandson Andrew Logan Beck of Norvelt, sister Sally Brier (Bob) of Greensburg, brother in law William F. Miller (Myrna) of Greensburg, sister in law Dorla Miller of Laurelville and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Thursday 6-8pm and Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm in the Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt. Funeral service will be 11am at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Donegal with Pastor Keith Deckinger officiating. Please go directly to the church. Interment to follow in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Trauger. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Norvelt Volunteer Fire Department, and Kecksburg VFD Rescue Squad.
